Ok, so you can see why I can see so well seated in the cockpit besides being 6ft 3ins tall.

I made a pair of these last year to make it easier to sit down & get up in my little boat. As I was bending these "Risers" up on my brake I laid everything out so 6 small tackle boxes, the 6 main boxes I use to catch crappie were easy to grab, store, and swap as needed to not loose time digging through a "Monster Box" for what I need. Personally I feel your investment "tackle" gets sun damage just like everything else. Also I feel the baits take on a different smell when "cooked" inside a clear top box if left out on the deck. Several years ago I started using these little boxes with very targeted colors, lengths, profiles, weights, etc. So if it's a Black & Chartreuse day I grab that box. At 60 although squirrely, it's much more comfortable in a "Chop" too, sitting up a bit. The wine corks are my tree top markers, on Ross Barnett everyone just ignores them. I hope you like.
