Default New Custom Offset Helix 10 Mount

I'm having a new windshield custom made this week and decided to delete the 2.25in RAM Mount due to bulk, weight, and positioning. My knuckles hit the Humminbird as the original windshield didn't allow me to push the unit away from the steering wheel. The 2.25in Mounts are heavy too. Anyway one 3.5in anodized round pad, some drop 1-1/4in anodized pipe, a drop piece 3in x 1/4in anodized flat bar, and a TIG machine and BAM, new mount. My console does not have a level spot on it so figuring how to get the new mount to hold Helix 10 level was tricky. This mount is more solid than the 2.25in RAM and takes up much less space on top of giving me good positioning of the screen.

Looks good ... but, isn't it also a bit in the way of forward eyesight ??

X2 what crappiepappy said, unless it tilts inward while running across a lake.

Nice work. You have some skills.
Since I have no skills, I use the Cornfield Crappie Console Mount for my Helix 10. It has infinite adjustments for plane and angle, and comes in different heights.
