Not going to believe this....
I called the number about getting (4) of my Mr. Crappie rod tips replaced and left a message.
Within 2 hours the phone rang and it was Wally himself. Not going to repeat what I said here ....
Anyway, after talking for about 10 minutes about fishing he gave me an email address and 2 numbers to help me get tips replaced.
Made my day for sure!!!
What a great guy and personal customer service.
I will continue to use many of his products in the future.
