That wouldn't look too good on a camo boat. LOL

If an Ultrex has the Mega SI ducer built in, does that mean it's one of the brushless motors? Are all MSI's brushless? The one I have on my boat, was on my boat when I bought it, but the guy said he put it on this spring. He said the same thing about the Solix unit and I checked and it had 10 hours on it when I checked the hours, so that wasn't a sales pitch. I do know that I fished all day last Saturday and didn't charge the batteries and had over 1/2 charge according to my remote when I went yesterday afternoon.

Minn Kota has yet to offer a brushless motor.

I'm running a MinnKota Ulterra Terrova (black) I-Link, Bluetooth, 60", 112 pound. I have a spare 2019 RipTide Ultera I-Link I'm either going to sell or trade for a Ultrex. I'm going to figure out a way to set up a slide bracket so I can use Ultrex for Livescope and Ulterra for trolling.

Of your wanting a heavy duty sliding bracket I would suggest looking at the one made by R & R Design I’ve had mine about 21/2 years it’s built really well and can slide all the way out to take the trolling motor all the way off. Name: IMG_1483.jpg

Garmin force. Love dropping a way point on side imaging, drop the TM and click GO TO on my remote while I get my bow graph on and crappie nibbles on my jig ready to go. The brushless motor is so quiet. The boat came with the garmin but not sure I would have bought it on my own. Now I can't go back to a TM if it isn't networked to my graph waypoints.
