Currently, I love my BPS 1--piece 6'8 or 6'9 rod. I have the tss and like them too. I prefer 1 piece rods and the additional length just makes me happy.
I like my six foot Wally Marshall dock shooter for vertical jigging while hang gliding with my eight foot Russ Bailey rods in the rod holders. I’ll occasionally switch to my seven foot Jenko one piece rod instead of the dock shooter but it’s a little stiffer than my shooter. They both work well for me.
What ever I find at closeout the first of each year. I look for a rod that has a limber tip and isn't too heavy for me to hold in a full day's fishing.
Right now it is BnM since I found a nice selection of different BnM rods at Academy Sports this year on close out at $7-$10 each. I will be looking for some new 10' rods on closeout the 1st of the coming year since people "borrowed" my 10' rods from my slip and forgot to return them.

Any day I'm fishing is a good day, regardless of what I catch.
hdhntr thanked you for this post
I'm with EZ as I just can't pay retail for dang near anything and paying those monster prices for all these rods just doesn't sit well with me. Hey EZ and everyone else, LET US KNOW WHEN YOU SEE THE CLEARANCE SALES AT ACADEMY OR ELSEWHERE. It would be greatly appreciated!!!
