Stupid busy is me ...

moving FAST is me and it never seams to slow down .
me and the lil even made rice crispy treats last night after homework !
but to be sure I aint forgot yawl .

Then you don't want to come to Joe Pool. Right now it is super slow and those that bite are small. That's on the lake and in the slips.

Monday I caught 10, not one was a keeper. Today I caught 4, none were a keeper. I fished 9 hours on Monday, 4 hours today. I fished slips, open lake brush piles, bridge pillars and laydowns on Monday. Today I just fished the slips and the bridge.

Tried different size jigs, different colors and presentations. I can not find the baitfish, they are not in the places I checked. The only thing I can think is they are either schooling on open water or back in the creek channes which I can not reach with my pontoon. And the wind has made it too rough to fish the open water.

the run has begun Ez , some of the bait is in open water up on top near deep water winter hangouts and some of them are working up the creeks . i will be over there soon i promise and for sure ....just been stupid busy west of you ....

that 8 point is legal and 4 years old , the 9 point is not legal and 3 years old .
i really want a crack at a 5 year old i have seen quite often ,but he hasnt made an appearance just yet .
he has an invite to the show and i have his ticket ......just saying
