    I keep waiting for the fish to shut off. Not that I'm complaining.

    Went out today.. With a low of 24 and high of 37. 13mph winds. Brrrr! Water temp around 54 degrees. Managed to put q few in the boat.

    Nice bonus fish!
    I like fishing when it’s cold, cuts out most of the competition and the fish don’t care.
    Water freezing in the rod guides can be annoying though.

    Try coating the guides/eye with vegetable oil or pam spray. Keeps it from freezing.
    Slabsauce is pretty slick, I'm going to try it in place of oil this winter.
