i was wondering if anyone here uses the southern pro 1 1/2" stinger, i have never seen them, is the body a solid soft plastic or is it hollow tube type

Yes they are soft,but have no hollow, they are not super durable, but I don't have a problem throwing out the the torn ones usually time to switch colors anyway.

thanks for the prompt reply, not super durable, then will pass, although i like the body and tail design, wonder who would have something very similar and more durable.

That's easy, look up Constant Pursuit Outfitters, the chubby and the thin ones are very durable, and smell good to crappie too.

thanks for the tip. was just looking at Bob's jigs baby mini shed, that might work also. going to check out constant pursuit
