Patents are too much trouble. You need a viable market for any product. Most people start with a product of their genius. They spend money for a patent only to find that there is no viable market. I have made many patentable gadgets, but I build stuff for a hobby and entertainment. Building stuff from scratch, including design and build is much more challenging than crossword puzzles.Originally Posted by TMQ
