Default BnM Bucks Best Ultra Light Jig Pole

Those that have this rod, how do you like the reel being at the end of the rod? That is my only concern. Seems it would be like a fly rod to me.

Only ones I like. Balance better and if you have a 10 foot rod you have about 6-7 inches of reach compared to a forward mount rod.

Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.

this is why i prefer extra long rod buts on my regular seat spinning gear , the balance part and the rest against the forearm is key .

You can still hold the handle near the top of handle and have the same set up . Only difference is where the reel is nearer the elbow than wrist .I have a 12 ft. Sam Heaton in both reel seats , love both .
