    it looks like a good weekend for sure !!!! that's a nice mess of fish too !!!! ya'll sure did cook a fine meal for sure !!! is that a crawfish creole , it sure looks good !!!!!

    Yes Sir, being from Louisiana, but living southern Illinois, we have to fix a Cajun meal every now and then! That is Crawfish tails in a dish called Crawfish Etouffee over rice! Here is a shout out to Full Moon Fishing, who helped us put these fine crappie in the boat! Moving from Air Force Base to Air Force Base, we never have a place or room for a boat, one of the down falls of moving around the country.... but we sure get to fish a lot of places!!!

    you guys sure had a great time of fishing and a real good meal for sure them crappie are good but its sure is hard to beat a Cajun cuisine !!!
