    Default DO NOT >>>>>

laugh at me for using this here bait ! I kinda felt obliged to pitch it as the man gave me 2 of them and insisted I take them in a jig swap one day beside his boat .
Now here is the really hilarious part , the fish ate the heck out of them !
I hear it is a mr crappie scizzor shad and its pretty heavy and pretty big and really colorful .
one thing for certain its that time of year where a big bait will get bit .
would i carry them in my pocket you ask ?
the jury is still out on that ,but to be sure i bet they work well in several states in the fall and probably the spring as well .
i could see monster crappie eating them often , but where i travel there aint enough monster crappie to keep me busy with a bait this size .
one thing i can say is they hit it with gusto ....
probably only as a territorial get the heck out here instinct thing though
    KABOOM is the word yawl
p.s. does anyone know the purpose of the hole in its rear end and hollowed out body ,that seemed odd to me as well ?

Perhaps it is a space for a crappie nibble. Doesn't matter how it looks as long as the crappie hit it.

I am pretty sure I read it somewhere that the void was molded in to add scents.

the hollowed out body makes it where u can use a tube jig hook. the kind that bury completely in the body of the jig.
