Searching for long casting rod.

Right now I have 7’6 Shimano Compre walleyes 7’6 1/16-1/2oz. I use this rod for long casting, jigging and weighted bobbers. I like the rod, sensitivity, fast action and not tip heavy at all, but the main problem is weight. It is quite a heavy rod and I have to do two hand casting even with 1/16oz jig head. The accuracy is terrible. The blank is like 1/2” thick at the reel seat. Every time I switch the rod to others, they feel like feathers, even with my bass setup (130 grams rod).
Any recommendation for light, fast tip, cast well, enough backbone to handle 1/4oz bobber weight?

My first thought was a Loomis NRX, but I don’t have much experience with casting rods.

No not casting rod, spinning rod for casting lol. Just so you know, I’m a converted.

I'm a big fan of the B n' M Sam Heaton Super Sensitive rods (SHSS) in 7' & 9'. They cast well and can handle lures from 1/32 - 1/4 oz. with no problems.

7 foot Shakespeare micro lite will whip a float and jig a mile with the right line and reel on it .
6 lb mono and a something with good line capacity and your in business cheap .
on a side note ....that reel in the photo is "over" full on line ...about an 1/8 inch below the spool lip is typically the way to go .

In that case, there are seven or eight thousand rods on the market that will work for you. Your budget is the only limitation.

I’m cheap dirt poor guy so how about 50-100 bucks work? I actually have two in my mind, Majorcraft Nanoace 7’3 ML 1/16-1/4 and ACC stick green series 7’6. I’m not worry much about sensitivity, because it not about the rod but the hand who hold the rod. I’m concerned more about weight and tip action to be able to cast 1/16oz jig head as well as weighted bobbers.

I've been using SouthernCrappieRods(8' and 9')(http://southerncrappierods.com) for slip bobber fishing and quite happy with them.
The 8s should work for casting/retrieving as well.
Light rod with plenty of back bone to lift/sling slabs in the boat.

Hard to beat Bucks Crappie Jig pole. They are very light. I have 3 10' ones paired to 25 model Pfleuger. With 8# Berkeley Braided line and 4# mono I can cast a mile with it. They run about $50 for reel and 35-40 for rod.
