Way to go Gere !!!!
Perfect boat to take fall photos from the "on the lake" perspective.
I have been searching for a nice older stick steep boat for the skinny water on reelfoot lake and our watersheds. my current 861 war eagle predator is an awesome rig and does everything i need it to do. However, a lot of reelfoot lake is three foot, or less, with one to two foot stumps, which requires a rig that drafts shallow. After many months of searching I received a message from Cane Pole. I had reached out to him previously for advise on my stick steer search since I knew he had one from a previous post response to stick steer questions here on this forum.
Cane Pole informed that he was going to market his stick steer and wanted to know if I would come look at it. After a month of trying to align schedules, I followed the directions to his lake house on West Sandy. After a test ride and a little haggling the deal was made and am a new owner of a 2008 Alumacraft Crappie Jon, stick steer boat, powered by a 4 stroke Mercury 15 hp outboard motor. Thanks Cane Pole for your generous sale to me which allowed your rig to be kept in our Crappie.com community.

Sweet!! That seems perfect to solve your problem with accessing the shallower water and obstacles.
