Go to Boat Covers & Bimini Tops for your Boat or Pontoon. (Boatcoversdirect.com)They sell Carver and several other brands as well as manufacturing custom ones. Talk to on of the sweet SC girls in this local company and you'll get exactly what you need and it will fit perfect. Prices are very competitive. 866-430-6593. It'll be the best call you make all day.I

PS I've bought 2 from them, both perfect fits. They ship fast too. Usually less than 5 days to receive. Free shipping over $100.

I have never towed with the Bimini up. I keep it in lowered and in the cover until I get to lake. I too have the SunBrella material and it still looks new.

I never tow with mine on. Too easy for a flap to work looks and wear a rip on the cover. Might not notice till it's too late. Ask the folks at boat direct if it's recommended for towing.
