Those are the two numbers they told me to call. Neither would pick up and the voicemail was full on both.

I called Grizzly this morning and paid for 3 rod tips. I will probably fish with them a couple of times to make sure the new tips work, then sell the rods and get another brand. This has been really frustrating.

Did you tell Grizzly that you couldn't reach Ozark? I would think they would want to know this about a vendor, and step up to get you some help.

I sent Grizzly a message with a link to this page.

I could post more, but this screen shot pretty much sums up Ozarks customer service:

Try this, [email protected] . this is ditto basso's email. I bought 3 of the prototype trolling rods 4 yr's ago and they sent me a free rod because 1 rod had the eyes switched. Granted, it took about 5 weeks to get it but i did receive it. These are the best rods i' ve used so far and its kinda disheartening to hear all the troubles the other guy' have had. I'm now reconsidering my next purchases.

    Well, it's all over now.

I finally got a call from Ozark about a week after I placed the order with Grizzly, asking to confirm my shipping address for the tips. They were going to ship directly to me, rather than shipping to Grizzly, then them shipping to me. When I was on the phone with Blake Jackson, I asked why they never shipped me the tips after saying they would on facebook. He offered no explanation. He said they couldn't refund my payment to Grizzly since I had already paid them, but he could send me something for free if there was anything I needed. I asked for another one of the 16' poles. He was friendly enough and followed through. The pole and 3 tips I ordered showed up this week in the mail.

I've had a couple of days to think about it, and although I ended up getting 3 tips for free(the cost of the free pole was as much as the tips), this was just an epic failure of customer service. Had I not ordered the tips from Grizzly, I would have never heard from Ozark.
