Don't know this situation here and am not casting any aspersions. But in general, an email auto-reply could be set up explaining the situation with instructions pointing the customer to other/preferred ways of contacting them.

Good morning. I have checked emails after seeing this message and I haven't seen one regarding an order. If you've ordered, im 100% certain that it's already shipped or peing processed. I requested my normal pickup for 2 days and they hadn't showed up. I will be loading up over 200 orders to ship this morning.
