    Chuck I have heard of guys pulling them and doing some catching. But I found them to hard to control depth. Now guys do use them with success pushing out front with weights to more control depth.

    Might want to check out the custom painted cranks also. Scotty v sales some that are great. There’s also some on Facebook.

    Lipless crankbaits work good pushing them below a 3 oz. Weight
    I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
