I'm on this baked and blackened so called healthier cooking kick for the past year or so and have really fell in love with a few recipes......
Fried is for sure the most enjoyed but not the best for us.....

I hear that walleye is some great eating.... I've yet to get some fresh to try....I won't eat store bought fish so it's gonna be a trip to catch some as soon as time allows.... Thanks
