    Default LOOKING FOR NEW LINE

Got new reels coming Friday to use pulling cranks.
Will be using them most of the time on Lake Guntersville.

I have plenty toothy cridders and snags in my area. I switched to #30 braid same dia as #10 mono to keep from loosing to many $6 crank baits.

Berkley Big Game, I like the 15 lb, and in the solar collector color which is starting to get more and more difficult to find. I like the hi-vis like color, helps when watching the lines behind the boat while turning.

Something about new product's, they make you doubt what has been working for you for years! I've used Ande line a lot of years now, why? because it's inexpensive and it work's! Wouldn't think a min about most lines out there if I didn't find Ande. Monofiliment has been working for me for close to 70 yrs now, why change? I tried some new poly something or other and couldn't see the stuff and when I finally got a knot tied, it slipped right out. Well, back to mono line. Mono line to thick? use lighter line and adjust the drag!

So got a suggestion for you on fishing line, get what ever you've been using all your life, probably still works!
