    Default New to pushing cranks

I have been pulling cranks for several year and want to try my hand at pushing them. If someone has a chart and info for pushing cranks I and I'm sure others would appreciate it if you would post it here. I will be pushing Bandit 300s and Flicker Shads.
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.
