Just got word that Minn Kota has a new product being announced on June 29th. Anyone heard what it might be? From the email I received from MK it seems to have something to do with better boat control.

I don't know, but I look for something soon about a safety mechanism for the remotes on the Terrova, Ulterra, and Ultrex.

If you have the cruise control set, and you fall out of the boat, how do you stop the boat?

I heard of a guy last night who was trolling cranks, went to net a fish and fell in, and was out of range before he could hit the stop button on his remote .....so the boat just kept on going. Eventually he got someone flagged down to give him a ride to his boat but was exhausted from treading water so long (no lifejacket on).
