I have been wearing the Simms Solarflex Hoody shirts, Under Armour Fish Hunter pants, and just picked up a pair of the fish monkey gloves. I hate messing with sunscreen and I think staying covered up actually keeps you cooler.

I like these. They run a size big.
As said before, combine with fingerless gloves, wide brim hat, neck gaiter,,,, your good to go all day. If you get hot, get the shirt wet, go for a high speed run. That'll cool you down !

At my age I need moisture wicking shorts! Especially after nearly tipping my soon to be former boat on its maiden voyage!

Any of these shirts you guys have talking about loose fitting ?
My body does not look good in most of these shirts if you know what I mean. Lol ! I have trouble finding ones I can wear. I really need to wear them as I burn easy.

I love em and swear by em. I always wear long sleeves to protect my self from UV rays.
You can get some cheap ones at TJ Max or Marshalls from time to time. especially winter time.

If it helps beat the heat what kind is good. I presume that there is a lot that claims to wick moisture but doesn't.
