    Tom I am doing the same thing here in South Carolina but I got a high schooler helping me. I do the same thing I run the saw tape measure and my mouth. I had to do floating dock walkway and stationery part. Hope to finish next week and do a little fishing.

    I left out the "mouth" part. We are having to work around tstorms. Our dock is 150 foot out. Had to go that far to get in year round floating water. Prob take 3 weekends. No Sunday work. Kids go to church.

    Glad have help. And my grandfather used say in his later years: “To do something right is fast enough”. Three weekends sounds like a safe pace. Good luck in the water and above it.

    I am not in any hurry to finish mine. We did not get anything done this week as he was finishing up the school year. My dock is useable as I am doing it a little different when we pull up a board we replace it before going to the next cause I never know when he may have to leave and I don't want the dock unusable.
