Locking latches ?

Been looking for locking latches. Similar to one in the link.

Problem is I want 9 of them. Trying to balance quality vs going broke. I found some for $10-15 each on Amazon. If anyone has experience with them, can vouch for them, speak up!
I like the way the one in the link opens, pulling up, instead of twisting. Had the twist ones in last boat, forgot to twist, and came close to tripping/breaking it.
How bad will the chrome ones be with glare? Had black ones in last boat, so that wasn't an issue.

I have a couple of the cheap plastic ones. Never had any trouble with them, but they don't work that well for thicker wood hatches, seems like they're designed for thin aluminum/glass hatch doors.

One good thing about plastic, it won't get smokin' hot in the sun.
