Default new boat set up for crappie poles etc.

So I finally took possession of my new Xtreme Pro 162 SS this week and now comes the fun of out fitting it to my liking. So I have rods that range from 6' to 12' and by the name of the boat it's length is 16'2".
my old boat (14' jon) I used the Driftmaster rod racks which I still have, but mounting them is possible but I was wanting to explore other possibilities. I may end up just laying the rods in the floor of the boat. Oh the SS on the boat model stands for stick steer. How do y'all keep your rods in the boat while out fishing?

I purchased the BassPro velcro rod straps and for only $10 I thought I would try them and if I don't like them I can go back to Driftmaster rod holders.

Those drift masters look good to me. That is a really nice looking rig. Congrats.
