    Default Needed some air

I've been staying around the house for over a month. I needed some time on the/at the water. I did practice my social distancing and kept plenty of distance. Tried some of Bob's jigs I got in the mail this morning. Only caught a few dinks, but the fresh air and decompression time was great...Name: 20200406_145851.jpg

Good to get out of the house for a bit. Especially if it's to go Crappie fishing.

Looks like what I have been catching. But it's always a great time when you are on the water, regardless of what you catch.

Yes sir that is the trueth. Even if all I caught was some fresh air, it's a chance to decompress....

Be careful out there. I have been wade fishing away from anyone. If I’m in doubt, I have just been going home.

That particular lake has no wading, no swimming and no floating devices of any kind, well except fishing bobbers...And yes I kept well clear of everyone...

Found a Metal shop open today and got myself a piece of .125" (1/8th inch) x 23" x 48" sheet aluminum and some 1" x 1" aluminum angle. Going to make a plate for my bow mount trolling motor, and start my casting deck in the bow of my Rich line 14' V bottom. More fresh air, yea!!!!
Buying the angle aluminum there was a lot cheaper than getting at a home improvement store for sure. A 4' section at Lowes was$5.00 and a 16' at the metal shop was $9.38 including a $2.50 cutting charge for each 16' section.
