Heddon?
There was a Tackle Company in Michigan that made a great selection of Tenite ( early plastic ) lures from the 30's through the early 60's. Their most famous lures seemed to be or were very similar to the River Runt and Pikie style baits that were made by Heddon, Creek Chub, and Paw Paw Baits. What was the name of this Company ?
I will give you a hint around lunch time today and will give the answer and post a pic of the bait tonight.

This was the first company to put a loose metal ball inside a lure for a rattling sound.
