    Default 3 Bank charger Question

    I am going to get a 3 bank charger and have a couple questions;
    I have a 12 volt for LS, 12 volt for starting and 2 12's hooked together for 24V trolling motor. Will a 3 bank charger charge all 4 batteries?
    Next question- the 2 trolling batteries are wet cell and the other 2 are AGM. Will one charger work for them all?
    Thanks in advance

    I think AGM's require a special charger
    I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

    I have a min kota charger. It senses what type of battery you are using.
    As I have two wet cells and one AGM.

    I have a 330D Minn Kota. I called Minn Kota and also ask the manager of Batteries + Bulbs and they said I was good to go. Been hooked up, except when I'm fishing,
    to 3 group 31 AGMs for over a year now. The 330D puts out 10 amps per bank.
    Tell'em I'll be there.

    Get another cheap one bank trickle for the cranking battery (it shouldn't need any more than a maintainer). Most multibank changers can handle AGM no problem. Just confirm before you buy.

    I was told the AGM requires a higher float rate. After conversations with Cabelas folks I swapped a BPS for a Minnkota. The BPS model I ordered didn't have an AGM rating.

    It could slow the recharge way down... a 4 bank and a very good extension cord would be a good investment
