Default Going to start a new build on my boat

Going to do a rebuild my boat again. Going to put a deck on the front and some storage as well... Probably take me a bit, but I think it will be worth it in the end....

Shame you don't have anywhere close by to purchase fishing accessories! ;-)

I will Redge, as I did to get it where it's at now. I bought it as an empty shell, no seats, transom nothing. I put a transom in it I thought would work and the sealer failed over the winter. The neighborhood cats made real sure the tarp I had on it leaked and then the sealer failed and the wood molded...So, it's got to be redone...

Gonna start getting the aluminum I need to fram the deck, and then the resin 2-part expanding foam. Between the all the materials cost, the foam and batteries will be the most expensive. This build will take most of the year to build, and will be a lot like Johnny Cash's psycho-Philly-cadillac....One piece at a time...
lots of time to work on it with this Corona Mess going on...

    lots o

I was referencing BPS with the main store being right there next to you.

You need to use marine grade plywood, lot less chance to rot on you.

Well one thing for sure, the wood will be totally encased in Epoxy resin. I tried it with polyurethane and the water still got in. I put 14 coats on it. Both sides and all edges. Thought I had it all sealed up. Somehow it got in and is turning the wood black...Mold, which means rot...

If you're gonna do that, regular exterior ply would work.

Marine has more plys and less voids. Better for transoms and structural stuff, for a floor AC or BC would work just fine.
