    Default Crappie nibble.

Have anyone tried to make crappie nibble into liquid form? I normally don’t use crappie nibble, but when bobbers fishing and if I’m not lazy I will add nibble here and there. I’m not sure if nibble help me catch more fish but to have some wouldn’t hurt. I know it a lot easier to just buy Slab Sauce (which I will soon) but at this time I have 2-3 jars of nibbles and wanna get rid of these first. Another question, would PowerBait Trout work for crappie? I think I have about 15-20 jars of those.

I have not bought a minnow in over two years because I started using Crappie Nibbles. My results are on par with a good friend who is a minnow dunker/jig combo. Try that power bait too; it'll work too, but then so will Preparation H ! And I am not kidding!!!

Couldn’t you just add some water to jar and stir up after they get really soft and make a liquid?

I would think an light oil like a mineral oil and stir/smash stir would liquidfy them...

Personally, I would use them as intended.

When I use crappie nibbles on small jigs the bluegill etc. love them. If you like bluegill I would use the nibbles as is.

I've been adding water in mine for years especially if I have a jar the nibbles got hard. I added water and made like a paste and dipped both jigs and minnows in it and had success on both. I don't fish without them no matter what I'm using

For-runner to the nibbles the lure came in a jar and was the consistency of Spackleing Past. I would mix the paste with water and add it to a 10 CC syringe. I would inject the past to a rigged tube jig. This was a good system and worked quite well.
