Default Which rear seat rod and reel?

I’m wanting to get a rear seat rod and reel, jigging pole setup. If Huckabee made one, I’d just get that and be done.

so which rod would you prefer between...

Grizzly Jig Company - Jigging Poles Rear Reel Seat

    Or

Grizzly Jig Company - Rolling Fork

    and which reel ...

Grizzly Jig Company - Buck's Best Ultra Lite Crappie Reel 2

    or

Grizzly Jig Company - Solo Crappie Reel

or is there something else I should consider?

Here is one I have and really like it. Very light but lots of backbone. I have a Solo and it’s a bit heavy for a rear seat.

Anyone have any experience with that Martin Rolling Fork rod?

I’m mainly interested in a rod that I can swing fish into the boat.

I've got a BnM Capps & Coleman that I like using for standing timber. Light as a feather with the Solo reel.

Slip rings make all of them rear seat. Save them from one rod to put on another. Couple of bucks a pair from Barlow's.

I have a 10’ Sam Heaton with rear reel seat and like it a lot, both length and action. Works very well for me. Don’t say I’m gonna use this reel, use the reel that makes it balance in the right place and it will be like holding nothing, until it goes thump of course.

I have two twelve ft. B/M Sam Heaton that I use as my go to . I was given two A C C Crappie Stix but opted to trade out for mid reel seat rods to use in deep water . I use ultra lite reel in deep water and Slater /west point reels in situations less than 12 ft . Had I not already had the Heatons they were very nice rear seat rods .
