Ketchin' I am not as good of a fisherman as you and come in short of a meal some days. I make ceviche when i only have 1-2 fish. I usually add some pineapple and juice to the ceviche to take the acid bite from the lemon/limes. Great stuff. Hotsauce crackers and a some beers. Great cool meal. Good luck and stay safe.

keep in mind that there pile of fish you seen in the video is ONLY 2 fish …..we only cook 2 at a time at my house
