In somewhat of an attempt to further explain the methods to my madness I uploaded a small how to video on my not so grand YouTube channel .

This is one of the few that really explain much about my what, when or how as I typically don't seem to have the spare time to play with video much .
This video will show what I think is the best way to prepare a fillet to be cooked into whatever dish you wish . It works quite well across the board , fried ,baked and or fricassee d
I opted for the baked version for my crappie tacos last night myself and to be sure once again I feel like I won the dinner venue .
