Hint....The line tie on the front is part of a wire axis running thru the lure to the rear hook. The lure body revolves on this.
A Michigan based company came out with a revolving lure in the 40's. It had two treble hooks and the first ones were made of wood and they later changed to bakelite which is a type of plastic.
What lure was this ?
