No argument hear on wearing the life jacket.But I live near and honestly it would not help in their situation. The dam had 300,000 cubic feet per second flow when they launched. I was on Pickwick yesterday and the current is still strong. And it is only one third as much as it was when they went through the dam. They have at least 2 tournaments out of the park this weekend where those fellows had launched. They came up with a rule that the fisherman must go right out of the launch cove and are not allowed closer to the dam than that. At least it is a start in prevention.
