One hook in a eye and the other in the foam then wrap line around the pole

For you folks who spider rig and use a double hook rig, any tips on how to keep them hooks from tangling when you are moving location? I typically attach the bottom hook down around the reel seat but those top hooks flapping in the wind make a mess.

When I pick up my piles I twist the line all the way down the rod bottom hook in the keeper and hook the top hook in the line

Get you some small ponytail holders or small rubber bands ! Works great !

Second the rubber bands
Simplest trick of all. Pass lower hook through bottom eyelet of rod. Hook 2nd hook to it and tighten line. Now both hooks are stowed together and not dangling. A 3 hook rig is more difficult but for 2 hooks this is stupid simple.
