    Although an unquestionable mammoth for the young man's memory bank, I only ponder the nice porta-shanty/tent he's posing in? NOT the owner's 1st rodeo...how about the other fisherman in the area coming to see what all the excitement was about? Absolutely spot-on picture capture/edit however. Wonder what the young man lost in not qualifying his once-in-a-lifetime trophy? In Maine I have to assume that Crappie WAS a targeted specie for them. Oh well = history now!

    that is one really large LARGE crappie ! glad he let it swim on , most really large fish don't get that opportunity
