Default Yet ANOTHER tip on how to ketch crappie ?

Color coordination , there I said it ! One of the best kept super secrets of all times .
Match the hatch yeah sure , match the water color yeah sure , match the amount of daylight yeah sure …….but remember this >>>>
matching the color of your jacket to your jig will do it time after time
So next time you out there and all seems lost , try to give em something attractive and coordinated to get on the bite .
I of course opted for the orange / orange and gave them the ole orange crush ….
I searched the world over and thought I found the crappie …..
the sun came out and POOF they was gone
    KABOOM is the word yawl

pre spawn ,spawn and post spawn bright orange is a color you MUST have with you , I am not here to argue the point ,but to be just as sure I am positive without any doubt it will make you wish you had it if the guy next to you does and you don't .
go get ya some and check out the KABOOM it generates , they don't peck or play with ORANGE for sure .

You’re using that Texas orange. We only use the Tennessee orange in these parts!

    Now that's funny right there.
Wonder where I can find a "real tree breakup" crappie jig?
