Default One more elec. Fillet knife ?

I've used an old school Turkey carver for years and love it but it's about shot . my ? Is it has the straight blade and I've never used one of the curved blades the new ones have so is the curved blade better for fish than the straight one ?

Get a mr twister comes with straight blade and has a real good motor for the price, blade shape don’t matter as long as it’s sharp and your used to it

Honestly.... I have a bubba blade, mr twister, and a black n decker knife... for the money, the B&D bc it’s $12. I personally like the bubba blade knife but not crazy about their blades. I noticed my Mr Twister blades fit my Bubba Blade. Ran those and they cut like butter. I’m a fan of that combo at the moment. The B&D doesn’t have the RPMs but it does just fine. Never ran the American Angler but heard good things.

Took a $20 loss when I sold my bubba electric knife setup because the blades were terrible. My American angler is all I use now.

Glad I’m not the only one that thought the blades were subpar. They seem sharp to the touch but almost mush the meat or something. Put those mr twister blades in and it was a whole new beast.
