Why no one wants to fish with me !

I drove 35 miles to get to a lake,only to find it had 1-1/2” of ice on all but an open spot about 5’ across.I spent 7 hrs fishing this only open water without a bite,I think I tried every lure in the box.My wife says she’s figured out why I fish alone !

That's funny; when I was in high school some friends and I went deer hunting and we got into some very heavy brush. I heard one of them say if we ever get out of here I am not going hunting with him anymore. Might have been some explatives thrown in too.
