Default Cannot wait to get on the lake

Well the boat is supposed to be ready today or Monday. Not only did I have to pay for the lower unit but the driveshaft failed as well so another $500 plus labor. Extended warranty would not cover it as the paint was worn off the lower skeg so they concluded the engine was run over shallow water sand thereby weakening the lower unit. Still have a hard time wrapping my mind around that. Been running Johnson and Evinrude for 50 years. That came to an end due to their handling of this issue. All will be under the bridge (sorry for the pun) once I get the boat back in the water to start searching for those elusive winter crappie. I am worn out watching SK videos and seeing fish my brethren are catching. I hope to post some successful pics next week. I am also looking for a 4 stroke Yamaha (grin).

Yep—I need to quit whining and start fishing. Thanks for the supportive comment.

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with a Yamaha 4 stroke.

Hopefully the motor problems are over and you get back to catching slabs.
As for Yamaha 4 strokes l have a 2004 Yamaha F115 that l would like to have computer checked for hours on it as it has to have many hours on it.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!
