Yup catch another average crappie and work my way down the tree when suddenly a nice solid hook set. This is big and it’s pulling my native titan around...whoa! After what seems like a long fight I finally get to see what’s on the end of the line. A very nice bass. Smiling like a kid I weigh and take some pics before putting on a stringer to go show my buddy and his wife.

    Super Dave that was a very nice catchn trip... And of course I'm talkn about the crappie but be sure those ole bass are fun to tussle with especially catchn them on a tiny crappie jig..... Nice pics and look like a fun trip...... Stay At'um.....

    Thanks for taking us along, some real nice fish. I took a friend dock shooting once and he hooked up with a 5 1/2lb LMB on a 4lb rig. I think I had as much fun watching as he did catching it. Perfect example of a good “surprise” fish.
