    Default Livescope transducer Mount- fishfindermount

Anyone here use the LIvescope pole and beam transducer mount from fishfindermounts.com? I've been looking and found them and it is I believe what I need now that they have the risers available. Seems like a good quality mount, although a little pricey . This will enable to pull the whole system and move it between boats. I may have to still make my own mount plate or find a track to use. I do like the features of the system.. Looks like good quality aluminum and machine work.. Anyone got one??

Check out my video on how I made mine for about $70 bucks. Might help you out.

I've posted this before, but I thought I'd chime in again. I did this simple and inexpensive version using a ram mount (see video below). I had everything on hand and did not even need to buy anything. I thought I would only use it temporarily but I'm still using it today and like it.

Slab that's what I started with and built after seeing you post it... Still have that put together minus the ram mount which I didn't get. What still has me is the mount system, I need it up on the side of the bow and easy to remove. Can't have the big RAM ball in the way during shrimping season, I just dont' think the cast net would play well with it and a trip hazard since most of the time I pull to the dock on the side I want it on.. so, I need a plate like my spyderloks to mount to the deck or something similar , low profile, I can screw it to and rise over the gunnel and drop in. I've got it portable so I can move it to the pontoon too, would just use the same mount system. The ram mount would work there quite easily, just not so much on the bay boat where I need it
