    Default Day trippin

Took a day trip out with the hubby, just for about 2.5-3 hrs on Wed. Came home with an even dozen. Not to bad for a short trip. What was really impressive was this extra beauty! A nice bluegill the hubby caught... Name: IMG_7475.jpg

I am jealous. I know that it is a sign of weakness but I confess. Guilty as charged.

Sounds like a successful day trip. Love that gill. From the looks of those smiles I would believe it was a fun trip.

Odd that you got him to go in the daylight hours. Glad to hear that you got a few and that is a gill I’d like to find a few more just like him. A dedicated bluegill fillet dinner is high on my list of favorite things.
