Googled dirt Daubers and said they are good to have around, they eat flies & spiders. Well mine are either full or on strike or scared of spiders.
Said hang a zip lock bag half full of water with 4 pennies in it is the best method with out using chemicals

Same bag trick is said to work for flies. Took a photo years ago of a bag filled with water with 6 flies walking on the outside.

Get rid of the spiders to get rid of the mud divers, they use the spiders as food for the young.

They love to seal the tattletale hole for the water pump shut. Just a public service they provide to give you an instant stress test when you look back and don't see any water

My garage is sealed. I don't have any problems. The shed is another story.
