I can see it as a great tool for dam fishing for big blues. Carry the float out to the spillway if the security doughboys didn't shoot it down firstI think I'm in a Love / Hate Relationship! we used an rc boat with the same quick release method but we used a split ring on a swivel instead of just the line.

Guys that can’t afford the LS will find any excuse they can imagine to criticize the guys that can. Sorry if you haven’t put your time in on the job or have a high mortgage and car payment or kids in school or college going on in your life. Some of us are well pass that point in our lives. Planned well and living within our means after struggling through those years, we’ve earned the right to enjoy spending our money on toys now. Not being disrespectful but you’ll get here some day, God willing. We spend all of our lives working to be able to enjoy these last times we have left above ground. Tomorrow isn’t promised to any of us. Some of us have less time ahead of us than we do behind us. Don’t knock us for trying to enjoy what time we have left. We can buy toys now so we do. I’ve got both the ice unit and open water setup and love them. And if you know me, you know I caught fish long before I even had a modern day sonar. I’m enjoying my retirement years.
Thanks CrappiePappy thanked you for this post

I Have not been to far removed from a flasher lol . The ability to mark fish as a way point will put you on them weather you understand exactly where they are are not . just saying .I hope to own one at some point so I am not bashing . More ways to skin a cat than often realized .

Well some of us served our country and unfortunately had our work time cut short because the job we did to protect others did extreem harm to our bodies. We struggle day to day month to month, but you go ahead and enjoy your toys as I still catch fish with out them...some of us don't need them...

Thank you for your service sir.

Life is a cauldron of choices. You are not alone in your injuries. I know many injured vets and non vets that went on to lead positive productive lives that make individual choices everyday. It's a personal choice to buy a ......."toy" ........ if you want it. The ....."toy".......is actually an expensive tool that is not necessary but extremely useful.

The world is full of the fortunate and less fortunate. Some of that is by choice, other by design or just plain ole bad luck. How you see yourself in life is a choice. I know MANY! people that are less fortunate as others from an amalgam of reasons that can barely walk or get out of bed but yet not one has given up as a victim. Some of those beautiful people have livescope. And they enjoy it!
As im about to on lake O pines in 30 minutes. I think I'm in a Love / Hate Relationship!
