Awww come on, Bee .... take some ice fishing shots to show those of us that don't have hard water fishing, yet still can't get out in a boat due to iced up roads & launch ramps.
Well it has to happen and today was the last trip till spring. With a not so good long term forcast today was it. We did well. It was 26 degrees when i started the truck. We managed a few doubles today and doubled the temp. reading as we landed 52. Again the largest being 16 inches. A lot of nice ones were in the mix going from 12-14 inches. It's a long time till we launch again. About six months. I will as always hit the hard water when its time. Its been a great fall run which helps with the slow spring. I will get the boat unrigged and stored away soon. Till spring you all take care and be safe.

The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along
Bee thank you for providing us with a dream. We all would love to partake of a trip or two like you've posted. I think there is no comparison to the pictures you post showing the most beautiful crappie in the world and some of the most beautiful scenery.
Thanks again friend for taking us along.

Sad to see you calling it a season. But you are right. Our days are numbered. Today I was debating when I am going to put the boat away myself. Good luck on the ice.
