Very true. I don't believe it is enforceable. They don't own the water. Just the structure.

Not sure either. But the ramp and canal on Lake Rosalie is privately owned and is for sale...lol luckily the owner allows everyone to use it. The houses along the canal do have deeded access and the lake front owners have about 30 yards of the lakeshore in their deeds.

Interesting. I am on a TVA lake. Anything that touches the lake structure wise is by permit by TVA. It is not worth the hassle to fish it. Plenty of other Marinas to fish that do not mind

this thread was kind of a kidding around thing , I don't hit spots I don't have permission to be at . if they can or cant enforce it matters not to me as I wont be there if I don't have the permission to do so ….just saying

I agree 100%, I was brought up that if you don't have permission then it's off limits.
