When I had to put my previous Excel Bay Pro 203 in my garage thru a 9 foot door then cock it at an angle to shut the door, I found a manual trailer dolly worked very well. I bought one rated for I think 800 pounds tongue weight with solid tires. The whole tandem trailer boat rig weighed about 3900 pounds and I moved it around by myself a bunch. It wasn't something I enjoyed but after getting bad sticker shock looking at motorized dollies, I made do.

I agree with Skeetbum (Tim) a hitch on the front makes it easy peasy.

The pontoon pushes straight back fairly easy. When I try to move the tongue sideways is when the trouble starts.

E trailer has what they call a valet jack. Have owned one of these and they do work good. Has 2 different speeds when cranking handle. When I purchased they were 300 bucks. They have jumped in price big time. I am fortunate to have my boat stored where it is no longer an issue. This is a good product but has almost doubled in price.
